Methods of “strengthening” the jaw

First of all, you need to be thin. Only in this way can you demonstrate your chin line. No man with a hanging second chin seems sexy, because you will not see the jaw there – only fat. The face is one of the most problematic places where fat is the most “stubborn”, and you just need to lose weight to get rid of this fat. But what if you are thin and you still don’t have a manly chin line?

This is where the power of illusion comes into play. When you grow a beard, you can shape your face hair so that it resembles a perfect jaw. And it won’t even matter what your real chin looks like. The attractiveness of facial hair is also confirmed by research. Experts found that women who prefer men with lush beards are considered more mature, courageous and more suitable for relationships than men with completely shaved faces.

Mewing Technique

This technique was used back in the 20th century, but only now has it become relevant. The Mewing technique is a wellness method that facilitates breathing, corrects bite and corrects facial contours.

To sculpt your face, to make your cheekbones visible and to remove your cheeks, you need to do yoga for the face. The effectiveness of exercises is explained by physiological reasons: when you swing muscles, they acquire relief, the same thing happens with the muscles of the face. The main condition for a guaranteed result is daily exercises.

So, the manipulations are as follows:

  1. Take a mouthful of air, puff out your cheeks and hold it for 10 seconds. Then exhale and relax your face. Over time, the duration should be increased to 3 minutes.
  2. Take in air again, but less. Inflate your cheeks, rolling the air between them (for 10 seconds each). Then distill the air from the lower lip to the upper.
  3. Make a hundred kisses with your lips (and have no doubt, this is also effective).
  4. Grab as much air as possible and gradually release it with your mouth. At the same time, your lips should not fall down. Repeat exercise 5 times.
  5. Fold your lips with a “bow” and turn them to the right, lingering in this position for 10 seconds. Then turn your lips to the left, also “frozen” for 10 seconds.

This yoga for the face highlights the cheekbones and eliminates the swollen cheeks, it also removes the second chin and makes the jaw expressive. 

What’s the Catch?

If nature has not gifted you with a “manly” jaw, this does not mean that you cannot look brutal. You can adjust the shape of your face with a beard, tongue (knowing where to hold it) and exercises – which could be easier! These methods are guaranteed to ennoble you, giving your jaw a lack of expression.
