There are a thousand ways to make and take the egg, and anyone can easily take it as per his taste. You may even take the whole egg and even skip egg yolk as it is higher in saturated fats.

2. Meat

Meat is a direct and richer source of protein for the body. If someone looks to burn fat and acquire more muscle mass, he/she must incorporate meat sources into his/her diet. There are numerous sources of meat. Lean chicken breast, Turkey meat, salmon, mackerel, and tuna all provide high protein ratios as compared to other foods.
